Teamwork Learning Progress
This is a formative milestone badge, awarded within the international youth workers' training programme on Collaborating in Teams. It recognises that the participant has actively engaged with the programme's learning pathway, earning at least five of the seven non-mandatory progress badges spanning dimensions including self-awareness as a practitioner, team roles and dynamics, reflective practice, intercultural teamwork and conflict navigation — all aligned to the ETS competence model for youth workers working internationally.
The badge reflects the engagement across the programme's non-formal and informal learning activities, and serves as a stepping stone towards the course completion badge — Collaborating in International Youth Work Teams.
