Volunteering
Mykolas Romeris University confirms with this digital badge that its recipient has participated in various university events as a volunteer. Volunteering at Mykolas Romeris University provides an excellent opportunity to take part in different events organized by the university and its partners, conferences, trainings, and community activities, as well as to gain valuable experience from specialists in various fields.
By engaging in volunteer activities, the recipient has developed the following competencies and skills:
- Organizational: activity planning, time management, work organization, and taking responsibility.
- Problem-solving: finding and generating quick and appropriate solutions in different situations.
- Networking: building new connections and expanding a professional network.
- Social responsibility: proactivity, initiative, and civic engagement.
- Personal: self-awareness and self-confidence.
This badge can be initiated by the recipient but must be approved by the activity supervisor or coordinator. The badge also provides the opportunity for the recipient to additionally attach evidence of participation or share their insights from the events.
