This playlist consists of several activities which took place within the training "The Power of Experience". A number of activities can be done online even by those not taking part in the course. Some activities require cooperation with others, however you can still check valuable resources on youth workers competence development.

Inhoud

Experience The Zipper!
Participants stand in two lines facing each other - creating a human zipper holding out their arms. One by one participants run through the zipper.
Debriefing questions
How did you feel before, during and after the run?
What helped you and what blocked you?
What did you need to make it a more successful experience?
Have you recognised any reaction habits?
The activity additionally has a short input on competence and importance of inner readiness in putting your competence into action.
