- who has the same role in the organization;
- who works with a similar group of young people;
- whose organisation has a similar mission:
- work on the in their organisations on a similar topic at the local level;
- who did similar youth exchange internationally;
Later on, make small groups of interest with the aim to identify an international youth exchange brings to local communities from both - hosting and sending organisations. Be ready to share with others!
This activity was part of the training course “Cherry on the cake” took place in Tirana in November 2019.
