Badge earner demonstrated skills important for reviewing the facilitation experience. It involved using a clear structure with questions to analyse the experience and come up with learning points and conclusions. 
Activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for youth workers to work internationally.
Learning duration: at least 1 hour.

Share at least 2 things that are important to you (as facilitator of learning) when actively listening in the context of youth work, training or education.
The badge will be issued after evidence will be reviewed by one of the trainers.
