Badge earner demonstrated skills to increase inclusion for all participants when using digital environments for activities, especially starting from where young people are in the digital world.
To get this badge, youth worker:
Reflected and consider your relationship with the digital world to understand and feel the reality that young people.
Investigate what a typical digital young persona is in the area you are living at/working with and created their digital persona.
Activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for youth workers to work internationally.
Learning duration: 5 hours

Evidence verified by: one activity organiser

Complete two badge tasks and upload relevant results on the following:
Use worksheet 1 to reflect on youth worker’s relationship with the digital world. 
Use worksheet 2 to investigate what a typical digital young persona is and create their digital persona.
Optional: In the Activity Forum share results with other youth workers.
