Get to know each other background related to youth exchanges and look for connections!Explore the potential of linking international activities with the local youth work.
Use your "Personal Practice Profile and accomplish few missions. Find people in the group...
who has the same role in the organization;
who works with a similar group of young people;
whose organisation has a similar mission:
work on the in their organisations on a similar topic at the local level;
who did similar youth exchange internationally;
Later on, make small groups of interest with the aim to identify an international youth exchange brings to local communities from both - hosting and sending organisations. Be ready to share with others!
