Experience The Zipper!
Participants stand in two lines facing each other - creating a human zipper holding out their arms. One by one participants run through the zipper.
Debriefing questions
How did you feel before, during and after the run?
What helped you and what blocked you?
What did you need to make it a more successful experience?
Have you recognised any reaction habits?
The activity additionally has a short input on competence and importance of inner readiness in putting your competence into action.
