Mykolas Romeris University hereby certifies with this digital badge that its owner: 
actively participated in the university's cultural and artistic activities; 
represented the university in the activities of the Culture and Arts Department. 
Through involvement in MRU's cultural and artistic activities, the student has developed the following competencies and skills:
Creativity: fostered creative thinking and problem-solving skills;
Communication: public speaking, discussion, and effective idea presentation;
Emotional intelligence: empathy, emotional sensitivity, and the ability to understand and express emotions;
Public event organization: project management, logistics, public relations, and marketing skills;
Self-expression and confidence: expressed themselves, and public performances and participation in events strengthened self-confidence;
Cultural awareness and tolerance: broadened horizons and developed cultural understanding and tolerance.
This badge can be initiated by the student; however, it must be approved by the activity leader or coordinator. The badge allows the student to optionally add participation evidence or share their insights from events.

Actively participate in the culture and/or artistic activities of the University, take part in the activities of different dance groups or discover yourself in the theater, as well as represent the University participating in a vocal group or singing studio!
Describe the cultural and/or artistic activities in which you participated or are participating, share your achievements and/or and be sure to add a short description of what character qualities, skills or competences you developed and/or strengthened thanks to these activities!
We look forward to your letter to karjera@mruni.eu with the note "MRU Culture and Art"
The issuing of the badge can also be initiated by the activity manager.
