Mykolas Romeris University hereby certifies with this digital badge that the recipient participated in various training sessions. 
Through involvement in MRU's training activities, the student developed the following competencies and skills:
Analytical: evaluated the effectiveness of the training;
Creativity: generated new ideas and innovative solutions;
Professional: deepened knowledge on specific professional issues;
Academic: enhanced critical thinking and research skills.
This badge could be initiated by the student but should be confirmed by an activity manager or coordinator. This badge also offers the possibility for the individual to provide additional evidence of participation or share their insights from the events.

Name at least 3 activities or trainings in which you participated, share your impressions and be sure to add a short description of what character qualities, skills, knowledge or competences you developed and/or strengthened and/or gained while participating in these activities!
We look forward to your letter to karjera@mruni.eu with the note "MRU Trainings"
The issuing of the badge can also be initiated by the activity manager.
