These achievements have been recognized and rewarded in consultation with the badge holder by the coach and work supervisor who issued the badge as a sign of the badge holder's achievements.

Make a plan with your coach on which tasks you will perform to master the following skills:
  • distinguishing technical problems when operating devices and using digital environments;
  • selecting solutions for these problems.

Examples to develop these skills:
A commonly used device that often causes problems when setting it up is a wireless router, especially if you're not familiar with networks and technology. Here are some common technical problems you may encounter when setting up a wireless router:
  • You can't find the router on the network.
  • The connection between the router and the internet doesn't work.
  • The router's password is forgotten.
If you encounter these problems, there are several solutions you can try:
  • Make sure the router is plugged into the power outlet and that all cables are properly connected.
  • Check if the connection between the router and the internet is set up correctly. This can usually be done through the router's settings.
  • If you have forgotten the router's password, you can reset the router to its factory settings and set the password again.
By practicing recognizing these technical problems and selecting the right solutions, you can be better prepared to set up a wireless router and other similar devices.
