Protecting personal data and privacy is an important topic in today's digital world. It is vital to know simple methods to protect yourself and maintain your privacy.
A practical example of how you can practice this is by being aware of the settings of the apps and websites you use. For instance,
check the privacy settings of your social media accounts to see what information is public and who it is shared with. 
Choose to keep your personal information private and only share it with people you trust. 
Use strong and unique passwords and security questions, and avoid using the same passwords for different accounts. 
Read the privacy policy statements of the digital services you use so that you understand how your personal data is used and protected.
By being aware of these simple methods, you can better protect yourself and maintain your privacy in digital environments.
