Make a plan with your coach about which tasks you will perform to master the following skills:
  • recognizing how data, information, and content can be organized, stored, and retrieved in digital environments in a simple manner;
  • recognizing where this data, information, and content should be organized in a structured environment in a simple manner.

Examples to develop these skills:
  • One example of how you can practice recognizing the storage and retrieval of data, information, and content in digital environments is by creating a simple folder structure on your computer. For example, you could create a folder for personal documents, a folder for work-related documents, and a folder for entertainment such as music and movies. Then you can use these folders to save files in the appropriate place.
  • For example, you can save all financial documents in the "Personal" folder and all work-related documents in the "Work" folder. This way, you can easily find and retrieve all related documents.
  • Another example is using labels or tags to organize digital content. For example, if you have a collection of recipes, you can use labels to categorize the recipes based on the type of dishes, such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, vegetarian, etc. By adding labels to the recipes, you can easily find them when you are specifically looking for a certain type of dish.

But that's not all - increase the value of your badge by adding your learning process and achievements to your badge. This enables potential employers to gain a better understanding of your digital skills.
