Examples for developing these skills:
There are various ways to modify and edit content, depending on the type of content and its purpose. 
For example, a practical exercise could be to take a photo with your smartphone and then edit it using various digital tools. 
Let's start by taking a photo. Choose a subject you would like to photograph, such as a landscape or a person. Try different angles and distances to find the best composition. Once you are satisfied with your photo, you can start editing it. 
There are many different apps and programs available to edit photos, but an easy-to-use app is Adobe Lightroom, for instance. With this app, you can adjust the exposure, color, contrast, and sharpness of the photo. You can also add filters and effects to make the photo look unique and interesting. Play around with the different features and see what happens when you change the values. 
After editing the photo, you can save it in different formats, depending on what you want to use the photo for. For example, if you want to share the photo on social media, the JPG format is most suitable. If you want to print the photo, the PNG format is a better option. 
If you want to express yourself by creating digital media, you can use different tools depending on what you want to create. For example, if you like to create digital art, you can use an app like Procreate on a tablet with a stylus. If you want to create animated videos, you can use the Adobe Animate app on a computer. 
There are many possibilities to express your creativity, so try out different tools and discover which one suits you best.
