The owner of this playlist badge has gone through all parts of the Entrecom Framework 'Entrepreneurial Skills INTO ACTION - foundation level'. 
The tasks performed were based on EntreComp level 2. At this level, the owner of this badge has been supported by others, but with some autonomy and has worked on the skill together with colleagues. 
The components covered are: 
Taking the initiative: understand why taking initiative is important for initiating processes that create value, how to deal with challenges in that process and how to persevere. Also how to stick to your intentions and carry out planned tasks
Planning  & Management: set goals (long-, medium- and short-term), how to define priorities and action plans and how to adapt to unforeseen changes 
Coping with uncertainty, ambiguity and risk: practice how to reduce risk by testing ideas from the early stage and flexibility to handle situations Working with others co-operate with others, how to cope with competition positively, create a network and solve problems 
Learning through experience: you will Learn by doing understand the power of learning by doing and practice it with others, reflect and learn from both success and failure
